1.⁠ ⁠Booking Process

All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or in-person at our office. A deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the balance due before the departure date. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive an official confirmation from us.

2.⁠ ⁠Payment

Full payment or deposit (if applicable) is required to secure your booking. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods. If full payment is not received within the specified time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

3.⁠ ⁠Cancellations and Refunds

If you cancel your booking, the following refund policy will apply:

More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus cancellation fee. 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% refund. Less than 15 days before departure: No refund. No refund will be provided for services not utilized after the start of the tour.

4.⁠ ⁠Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to change or cancel your tour or accommodation due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, transportation delays, or force majeure events.

In such cases, we will offer a substitute tour or refund where applicable.
